The final Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership (AHSCP) Strategic Plan 2020 to 2025 was approved in December.

The plan outlines the key priorities the Partnership will focus on over the next five years which will ensure we provide information, guidance, support and care to the people of Aberdeenshire.

The plan was developed with your help and it describes how we'll work together to improve the health of local people and provide care and support when needed.
