Kirkwood have lodged and appeal on the 9th of December with Scottish Planning and Environmental Appeals Division assigning their reference PPA-110-2384.

The planning authority’s complete response is due by 31 December 2019.

Many of those who had submitted an objection previously may receive a communication from Aberdeenshire council confirming original objection shall be provided to the Scottish Ministers plus an invite to expand on any point previously made.
